The Power of the Flower Program allows you to give some joy to a love one far away, in a nursing home, assisted living or for that someone special that needs no reason at all. Jacobsen's Flowers will make a beautiful fresh seasonal flower arrangement and deliver the joy right to their door! You will let your loved one know that they are in your thoughts even when you cannot be in their presence.
